When you use our contact form, we receive your name, email address, message and, if you provide it, organization. We also receive information you choose to send by email or in later correspondence. Please do not send sensitive personal information, patient information, confidential technical material or information you are not authorized to share.

Our hosting and form service providers may process IP addresses, browser and device information, requested pages, referring URLs, timestamps and security or error logs to deliver and protect the website. Form submissions may include related technical metadata.

The current site code does not include advertising or analytics scripts. Hosting, security and form services may nevertheless use cookies or similar technologies, including during submission or verification. Browser settings can help you manage cookies; blocking them may affect some service features.

04Service providers and disclosures

The contact form sends information to Formspree for processing and delivery. Our website hosting and email service providers also process information needed to provide their services. Their own privacy notices explain their practices; see Formspree’s Privacy Policy.

We may disclose information to advisers and service providers as needed for these purposes, to comply with law or valid legal process, to protect rights or safety, or in connection with a reorganization or transfer of operations, subject to applicable protections. We may also disclose information at your direction.

Information is retained as reasonably needed to handle enquiries, maintain relevant records, resolve disputes and satisfy legal obligations. Retention varies with the information and purpose; provider records and backups may follow separate retention schedules.

Reasonable safeguards can reduce risk, but no internet transmission or storage system is completely secure. Please use care when deciding what to submit.

06Cross-border processing

American Isotopes and its service providers may process information in the United States and other countries. Privacy laws may differ from those where you live. Where required, applicable safeguards must be used for international transfers.

You can choose not to submit information, omit the optional organization field, or contact us by email instead. 08Children

This website is intended for a general professional audience, not children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information, contact us so we can address it and delete it as appropriate.
